They took the best aspects from their race winning Snomaxx and Scorpion chisels and put them together.Featuring an extra sharp .480" wide tip designed for penetration in marginal snow conditions, a 5.5 degree included angle, roll formed 5/16 - 24 threads, integral oversized backer, and anti rotation track locking technology. Proudly machined in house at Hellevation on state of the art CNC equipment from high strength 7075 billet aluminum like all of their chisels. 
 
This chisel is designed to excel in varying starting line conditions. The aggressive 5.5 degree included angle and half inch tip width make this a winning weapon on chewed up starting lines, ski hill bomb holes, and semi-groomed conditions.  This stud is the lightest option on the market & will penetrate to put you in the winners circle when the conditions are challenging.
